. We took the RV, car and boat. Ernie was luck to catch fish every day. They were all big mouth bass which Ernie calls Texas Walleye. Another fishing couple told us they soak their fish in qt. of water with 1 tsp soda stirred in for not more than 30 min. It seeem to clean the filet and make them more firm.
