THE CHURCH AT ERONGARICUARO

We were so surprised to walk into this church and see it draped in this fashion. This is the oldest village on the lake so that must mean this is the oldest church on the lake. Anyway it's from the 1500. The walls are at least 4 ft thick adobe constuction. There is a seminary attached to this church.
