HOTEL VILLA PATZCUARO

This is such a lovely setting, hotel rooms around the pool. The RV park is just behind it. It has hot water showers and a great kitchen for the campers. I cooked Vinny's recipe for Ollio olleo for lunch and served it on the patio.Then fried pork chops for dinner and we eat them inside the kitchen.
